All sales are final, the glam mannies are custom made and as such there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order however arrives your location damaged due to shipping, it can be sent back for a touch-up within 24hrs of receipt, the mannequin must not be used at all, detailed video and pictures must be provided and return must not exceed 24hrs. If it was discovered that the mannequin has been used within the 24hrs, the client will bear the cost of the touch up. This does not apply to orders shipped outside Nigeria, no returns or refunds.
