Returns policy:

All sales are final, the glam mannies are custom made and as such there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order however arrives your location damaged due to shipping, it can be sent back for a touch-up within 24hrs of receipt. No refunds.

Glam mannies are mannequins that have been glammed up with makeup hence the name “glam mannies “.

2. A glam mannie is unique
The makeup on the mannequins are carefully created by a team of professionals by hand which means no 2 glam mannie is exactly the same while we try as much as possible to create replicas of different designs, there might be a dismissible difference in the final look of 2 glam mannies of the same design

3. A glam mannie’s makeup is permanent only to the extent that makeup is sealed to prevent smears and smudges.

the makeup might remove when there is a continuous direct contact with it’s face or body.

Will the makeup on the glam mannie last?

Yes, the makeup on your glam mannie would last for a while if the care instructions that come with your package is duly adhered to.

If you are not going to make use of your glam mannie immediately, I would advise you remove from the delivery carton to allow air on it so it doesn’t ruin it’s makeup.

Final note:

All pictures and videos are created with an I phone and ring light. The quality of your photos are determined by your photography skills.
